For Crystalline Garden, I held Rebecca’s vibrant spirit in my heart throughout the process. Her joy, creativity, resilience, and playful nature guided each choice.

The making became a conversation between intuition and craftsmanship, selecting forgotten treasures, combining colors, weaving mother-of-pearl threads, embroidering delicate details, and allowing each element to reveal where it belonged.

Creation, for me, is never simply about assembling materials.

It is an act of love.

Crystalline Garden celebrates life in full color, reminding us to embrace beauty, cherish the present moment, and wear our stories with courage and joy.

Chaque pièce sur mesure commence bien avant le premier point.

Pour Crystalline Garden, j’ai gardé l’esprit lumineux de Rebecca au cœur de tout le processus. Sa joie de vivre, sa créativité, sa résilience et son côté joueur ont guidé chacun de mes choix.

La création est devenue une conversation entre intuition et savoir-faire, choisir des trésors oubliés, marier les couleurs, tisser la nacre, broder les détails délicats et laisser chaque élément révéler naturellement sa place.

Pour moi, créer ne consiste jamais simplement à assembler des matières.

C’est un acte d’amour.

A story that began before everything changed.

Some time ago, Rebecca left me a bag of broken jewelry, fragments of her life, pieces once loved, waiting to be reimagined. Neither of us knew then how much they would come to mean.

After she lost her home in the Pacific Palisades fire, those fragments became something else entirely.

When she returned to my studio, we began again, this time with deeper intention. From what remained, I created five bespoke necklaces, each one carrying her past, grounded in her present, and made to move with her into the future.

“Punk Me, Precious” is one of them.

Layered with mother-of-pearl, timeworn metals, hidden keepsakes, and echoes of heritage, it holds stories within stories. A heart that opens, a quiet sparkle of another era, a collection of talismans that feel both raw and precious.

This is more than jewelry.
It’s continuity.
Its memory transformed.

Une histoire commencée avant que tout ne bascule

Il y a quelque temps, Rebecca m’a confié un sac rempli de bijoux brisés — des fragments de sa vie, des pièces autrefois aimées, en attente d’une nouvelle histoire. Ni elle ni moi ne pouvions alors imaginer à quel point ils prendraient un jour tout leur sens.

Après avoir perdu sa maison lors de l’incendie de Pacific Palisades, ces fragments sont devenus bien plus que de simples objets.

Lorsqu’elle est revenue dans mon atelier, nous avons recommencé, cette fois avec une intention encore plus profonde. À partir de ce qui subsistait, j’ai créé cinq colliers uniques sur mesure, chacun portant une part de son passé, ancré dans son présent et conçu pour l’accompagner vers l’avenir.

« Punk Me, Precious » est l’un d’eux.

Composé de nacre, de métaux patinés par le temps, de souvenirs dissimulés et d’échos de son héritage, il renferme des histoires dans l’histoire. Un cœur qui s’ouvre, l’éclat discret d’une autre époque, une collection de talismans à la fois bruts et précieux.

C’est bien plus qu’un bijou.

C’est une continuité.

C’est une mémoire transformée.

In a landscape of broken tiles, empty echoes, and sun-worn stone, this editorial unfolds like a quiet rebellion of beauty. Captured through the visionary lens of Robert Dutchman (photographer) and Sybile Kohn (stylist), the images weave texture, color, and presence into something deeply alive. Their work transcends styling; it becomes composition, rhythm, and story.

Each silhouette is layered with intention, where garments, headpieces, and jewelry meet in unexpected harmony. My creations find their place within this universe, sometimes wrapped, sometimes emerging, like whispers woven into the narrative. Layered crochet necklaces, mittens, silk collar and sleeves, my signature pink tutu paired with a motorcycle gagoole, and an ornament become identity, each piece transformed through their creative dialogue.

There is a raw, almost post-apocalyptic strength to the setting, yet she stands there, effortless, grounded, and sovereign. Not shaped by the ruins, but owning them. A quiet reminder that beauty does not disappear in chaos, it reveals itself differently, more truthfully.

To collaborate with this duo is a true honor, a meeting point where artistic vision, instinct, and freedom merge into something deeply felt.
